Each country data was collected considering the location of major hospital clusters, based on secondary research where ranking of the hospitals or clinics appeared in 2016–2017 (consecutive two years) and also those hospitals that were in headlines in H2, 2018 and H1, 2019. Any major mergers or tie-ups were also considered while selecting the hospitals. The selection of hospitals was reviewed by an independent committee of freelancer healthcare professionals before the actual study was conducted. Under complete oath of secrecy, the said data were collected and analyzed for past 6 months, before being released in the public as a collated and joint analysis of the APAC region.
